Product Standards

Our crystal products are completely handcrafted. As per the demands of our valued customers, we use Swarovski, Asfour, Far East k9 or local crystal stones in our products.

We mainly use standard Far East K9 crystal stones in the marketing of our products.

All of our products are manufactured in accordance with TSE quality standards according to the requirements of TSE quality production certificate

In our products, the mainframe and visual stone knees, the products used between the two stones and used as bow ties are also manufactured from MS63 brass raw material with varnish and kiln.

Again, in supplying all kinds and sizes of electrical installation cables used in the manufacture of our products, the products of companies which manufacture according to TSE quality certificate are preferred.

All metal parts of our products are manufactured from domestic production MS63 original brass raw materials.

Each piece of material to be used in production can be produced from 1 cm diameter to 20 m diameter. With handwork, the products should be wiped equally, cleaned thoroughly and made ready for assembly in the polishing machine. It is important to note that glass surfaces should be smooth, clean and burr-free. Because if these processes are not done in order and carefully, as the next process will be the varnish coating, there will be no return from the error and a product that buyers will not want to purchase will be produced.

The most important thing to note is that the varnish coating process of the products should be made according to their size in a closed, clean environment with the logic of having a clean workmanship, as if working on vehicle bodywork, spraying with a pistol or immersing small parts and covering all surfaces with varnish without leaving any spot unvarnished. After all these processes, it is necessary to take care to rest the varnished products, to leave the filtration process to its own without hurrying to distribute the varnishes evenly on all surfaces of the brass metal parts and to allow varnishes to penetrate.

After all the processes, the products should be placed in the varnish kiln in the form of a hanger so that they do not touch one another. The products should be cooked at min. 90C max. 120C, 90 to 120 minutes, and at the end of this period the product should not be immediately installed in the production and should be cooled for 60 to 90 minutes. After that, the production of model chandeliers should be started by taking the product metal parts into the interior assembly.

You do not need to worry when buying products from a company that performs these operations. The product of a company that pays so much attention to the production stage and uses high-quality materials will not give you any harm, if Allah permits.

Another important issue, the rope should definitely not be preferred in the chain of the chandelier. In terms of the chandelier manufacturer, hanging and mounting the product with rope creates a very risky situation in terms of health. On the other hand, hanging the rope on the inner ceiling of the dome is a risky situation, as well as hanging the chandelier to the lower end.

Although steel handcuffs with suitable quality are used, there is a risk of separation of the rope due to the weight of the chandelier in the short and long terms. Instead, if it is possible to have wide legged, calibrated chains should be preferred; if it is in the dome, it should be made with double sides; with steel nuts and bolts with calibrated bolts and planks.

If possible, the right solution will be the manufacturer of the chandelier to purchase and install of the chain.

Zamak alloys, aluminum, iron and plating metal parts are not used in our products and are not recommended to our customers.

In the short term, products other than raw brass materials can be sold and supplied at a rate of 20% to 25% cheaper than raw brass materials.

However, in the medium and long-term, color cast, freckling, blackening and rust will be an inevitable result.

Especially in very hot, cold and humid regions, the life of these products is shortened even more. Regrettably, due to the fact that the products that have been deformed are not repaired and replaced in place, our mosque staff and mosque community are suffering from financial and emotional damages. Therefore, the products which are considered to be cheap are faced with a higher cost than the purchase of new products in one full year.

The main enemy of brass fittings products is direct contact with water and oxidized materials.

In some mosques, our users are engaged in such interferences with the idea that the products shine better and look alive and they try to clean and maintain the products with water or oxidized materials. this kind of cleaning and maintenance works oxidize products and cause the products to get dark, freckled and discoloured.

Instead, we can add a cup of tea full of vinegar to about five litres of tap water. After thoroughly squeezing the mixture into the cotton cloth and then applying the powder to the product and cleaning it with the help of a dry cotton cloth after the drying process, we will be able to clean the mixture with a simple and cost-free way. In addition, we will be extending the life of our product and taking precautions against deformations that may arise in the future. However, we should note that this process is only for products manufactured with raw brass materials.

"there is a beautiful saying that; I'm not rich enough to buy cheap and poor-quality products"
