We would like to share with you, our valuable solution partners and customers, some issues related to the practical maintenance and cleaning of our products which are produced by our company and included in our catalog.
1- Under the large chandelier that is attached to our central dome, we must lay a piece of cloth, blanket or carpet, according to the size of our chandelier in the form of a circle.
2- We need a small compressor to spray the air with to remove the dust roughly from the bottom of our chandelier to the top of the chain. (It would be useful to have a ladder for the parts we can't reach.)
3- Since we use brass in our chandeliers instead of steel, it distorts the originality of the material when it is cleaned with water, oxidized materials, hydrochloric acid, bleach, liquid soap, detergent etc. and causing the brass to be darkened and freckled. It is important to note that if a chandelier made of brass is not coated with gold, it will begin to be tarnished after 2 - 3 years. However, this is not a matter to be feared or concerned. It is normal for brass to turn back to its original tone.
4- After the dust cleaning process of our chandelier, we should obtain a mixture by adding water, some vinegar, or pure water used in vehicles in a container and make sure that the cleaning cloth is not made of cotton. Because cotton fibers may get stuck in between the brass bowties and cause the cables to tear apart. Instead, we should choose a linen cloth. We should wash the cloth thoroughly by immersing the cloth into the mixture we prepared. We should pay attention to the fact that our cloth is not wet but moist. Then, with this cloth, we should first clean the top of our chandelier from the bottom of the lines of the stones. We should clean the chandelier vertically, not horizontally. We can complete the cleaning by wiping the inside of the chandelier, its layers and finally its outer stones. This process is valid for our other chandeliers available.
It is better to do this in spring months, once a year after installation of the chandelier. The windows should be open during the dust cleaning process with a compressor. It will be better to start the cleaning of the chandelier stones after 2 or 3 hours of dust cleaning.
Dear brothers and sisters of religion and esteemed elders, please do not let these processes I have been trying to convey to your service enthusiasm otherwise. Because, what I'm trying to say is that these operations will not take a day for a total of 2 people.
The cleaning process of our brass chandeliers is easier and simpler than our crystal chandeliers.
Again, with the same water mixture and cloth, without the need for a large staircase or a cover under the chandelier, we can wipe the metal parts with a wet cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth to complete the cleaning process.
Thanks to this process, both crystal and brass chandeliers will have a clear and vivid appearance on the first day. This will also increase the lifetime of the chandelier twice as much. Since crystal chandeliers are manufactured from glass materials, the more often their dust is cleaned, the clearer the reflection will be when the bulbs are lit.
We should do the same procedures in the bell arm glasses in our brass chandeliers.
